Hello Steve and Nicole;


Mike and I agree that we need to file the boundary line adjustment 
survey independent of a potential sale or other agreements.

After our last meeting, you now understand the importance to the future 
developer of FU 69 for the access easement from Andrews along with the 
substantial value of the  industrial payment from the future developer 
to Andrews, we want to make sure both are protected and these quit 
claims do not confuse or mitigate these covenants that stay with the 
land until the year 2090.

It also seems strange that these quit claims do not specifically 
reference the very boundary lot adjustment drawing they are meant to 
support, but with your assurance this is how it is done, we can sign.

The land titles should now be transferred to Bonnie J Andrews, so the 
signature lines can be changed as such.

Please email me copies of the final documents Mom will sign so I can 
review them with her before we come in to sign.
