Thanks guys for the meeting last night.

All things considered, (and during our two hour meeting I think we
considered all things)  I don't see an advantage, from your perspective,
to sell our property together.

It appears to be in your best interest to go to the Port meeting with an
offer for just your land and close the deal.

You can sell your land for 40k, we get our $1,228,560,  the lot line
adjustment survey gets filed, your done and can take your money and
reinvest as desired.

Do not include any Andrews land in your offer. If the connection to Lee
Road/FU68 for a road and fire line comes up, tell the Port that the
Andrews will consider an offer from the Port.

But don't let our land be a condition of sale for yours, as they may not
like our offer.

Maybe we should not even respond to their offer until after you guys
have a deal in hand. Maybe you should shorten up the time you give them
to accept your offer so we can delay responding with an offer.

Or maybe we should respond as it will make your property look like a
really good deal for them and they will want to close before you raise
your price?

Let me know what you think.
