Hello, I live/fly in an area that gets bitterly cold and it is difficult to=
 keep the engine at operating temperatures.  Even in the spring/fall it is =
difficult to keep the engine in the sweet operating temperature range.  =
Currently, I need to take the forecast temperature at altitude, and then =
guess and adjust adhesive tape placed over the oil / water coolers while on=
 the ground.  I know that there was a thermostat arrangement for the echo =
at one time and there are other means of maintaining engine temperature on =
other rotax equipped aircraft.  Is there any sort of water thermostat =
