Port hired a consultant to try to talk us into selling them all 30+ 
acres at industrial value ( $35k/acre).  Talked for an hour, he provided 
no new information.

Do we still agree there is no reason to sell more land, we stand on the 
offer to sell the three acre corridor and the 7 acre isolated east 
parcel for $1.1 million?

Give them to the end of the month to sign a purchase agreement, then 
closing and payment next summer?
