I don't see the port paying a million for the corridor. But their sale of this property fell through so the may trade part of it.

This would be a long term investment as have to wait for utilities and access, but would be profitable for Katelyn.

Or Mom could give me the three acre corridor, and then i trade so the estate does not see the gain.
