We need to start the Andrews scholarship this graduation, so we need to decide how much to put in this year to get it going, then we can do the endowment fund and award details later. 

Easiest way is to have Big Bend take care of it.   we write a check to BBCC for t= uition and books, ($5000 or add room and board or transportation for another $3000) and they take care of the rest.

we fund it each year until estate puts in an endowment fund of about $250,000 to make it perpetual.
